Decoding Artifact on Bolt+ ???

I broke down and took advantage of the summer blow out sale to buy a new Bolt+. Overall it seems to be a great machine, except that I am getting frequent flashes of pixelation artifacts... occurring about every 15-30 seconds. At first I thought it was a tuner problem. I read that the tuners on the Bolt+ are very sensitive. Since the signal strength on most of my channels come in at 98-100%, and SNRs are running 39-41dB, I tried using a 3dB attenuator that didn't seem to help at all... so I...
