Help me troubleshoot routing/connectivity to TCF

Yesterday, in the middle of the day, I could no longer connect to TCF from my work computer. Still can't. I get a "Gateway Timeout" error. "Server 192.124.249.9 is unreachable at this moment."

Tried flushing DNS and routing tables locally. Traceroute seems to die at the end point of our local network.

Anything happen at TCF that might explain this? Any other ideas?
