internet regularly drops; is it my moca?

Been having this problem for months and I'm about ready to cut someone if I can't get this resolved.

I have a Roamio Plus with moca turned on and two mini's connected to moca network. My cable coming into my house goes to a new TW amp. I have a POE filter where cable connects to amp.

Each output on the amp goes to:

1) Tuning adapter (with another POE filter on)

2) Roamio

3) Cable modem (TW Cisco)

4) Mini Guest room

5) Mini Master bedroom

On a regular yet unpredictable times, my internet goes down and I have no connectivity. My phone still works (also on TW cable modem) but the internet usually stays down for several hours and comes back up on it's own. Cable TV works fine during this.

Initially when TW tech came out he replaced all cable ends going to modem (he replaced all cable ends that went to all devices actually). He showed me the signals and was very happy with them, and everything worked great for about 1.5 weeks. Cable modem signals and power signals were all within expected ranges and consistently stay that way. Life was great.

Now the problem is recurring again, same pattern as before, random but out for several hours and back on by itself.

I temporarily added a Motorola SB6141 modem (built in POE), switched internet to that (TW authorized it) and problem still occurs. Since that didn't work, I switched back to TW cable (for phone/internet) because I'd rather only have their equipment in the mix for them to diagnose/fix.

Here is what I'm thinking. Even with correct POE placement, I am thinking about turning off POE and using wired Ethernet to all Tivo devices; thus eliminating moca.

Does it sound possible that somehow, even with correct POE filters, that moca could still be causing problems?
