Browse TV & Movies Problem?

I just purchased two Roamio DVRs and think I'm experiencing a problem. I thought I could post here to make sure I understand how the Browse feature is supposed to work and to ask if anyone else is seeing similar issues.

Both DVRs are configured to use the same local OTA lineups and Amazon Prime as their sources. On both DVRs, when I go to Browse TV & Movies, I'm presented with an odd assortment of movies which almost all says "not currently available". None are in my upcoming OTA broadcast and very few are available via Prime. Additionally, movies that I know to be upcoming OTA broadcasts and movies that I know to be available via Prime are nowhere to be found in the Browse section.

I assumed that this section should be a collection of movies available to me through my OTA and streaming sources. Is that not the case? Are they instead just supposed be around 15-20 random movies from each category?

I've chatted several times with Tivo support, but I've received different answers. At one point, I was told this was definitely not normal behavior. Then the next time, I was told that it just showed select "popular" movies which may or may not be available to me. The reps have run me through a lot of different things - clear guide/todo data, rerun guided setup, totally clear device and reset. None of it has made any difference.

Attempting to browse on online.tivo.com also shows nothing but movies that aren't available to me. And the option to filter by "network" lists all cable channels even though I'm not on cable.

Finally, the last rep said that she would submit the problem; but she said it would be two weeks before they had enough data to look into it. So far, I'm not having a great experience with Tivo.
