Does anyone tihnk FOX had the wrong NFL late game on Sunday

does anyone think FOX had the wrong late game on Sunday? i think they should had televised Miami at Jacksonville or Baltimore at Oakland instead of Dallas at Philadelphia as the lead-in to the Emmys
