How reliable is TiVo with wishlists?

I ask because for several weeks I have had a wishlist for "Wet Hot American Summer" (the movie). I then noticed it is scheduled to be on IFC this evening. But it doesn't show up in my to do list. Yes, IFC is is checked off in my channels.

I also continue to notice that TiVo is often "late" in scheduling a wishlist with it popping up on the todo list just two or three days before the airing rather immediately showing up 11 or 12 days out.
