Roamio Plus blank screen at start up

I have a Roamio Plus and when i turned it on tonight, it's just a blank screen. Thinking it was the cable, i tried to watch a recorded show but the tivo menu doesn't show up either. I rebooted the tivo and while the green light turns on, it's still a blank screen. I don't even see the Welcome or Powering Up screen. However, the tivo connects to my home network because i am able to watch my recorded shows and live tv on my phone. The option to watch on TV is even available, but the screen is blank. I checked the hdmi cable and it works with my blu-ray player, so i don't think that the problem. Since the green tivo light and i am able to connect to it via my phone, i don't think it's my power cord. Does anyone have any suggestions?
