Selecting MRV while program is still deleting freezes box

Every time, if I accidentally don't wait to choose my other box (I have two Premieres) after I hit "clear" on a show to delete it - and it's still deleting with the X by it - my box requires a hard reboot.

I can't believe this bug is still here. I can't be the only one who has this issue. Has this been reported before, anyone know?
