Strange Download Behavior with KMTTG and Sundance

I recently recorded all the seasons of Rectify.

1. The AMC episodes are all about twice the size of the Sundance episodes.
2. The larger AMC ones all download fine with KMTTG
3. The downloaded smaller Sundance files only contain audio and areless than 10% of the size of the entire file as shown on TiVo
4. I can use TiVo Desktop (TTG) to download the smaller Sundance ones and that works fine. The full file gets download and the video plays fine.
5. TTG is using TS mode to download the files so processing is a bit more difficult

This is repeatable (and a bit frustrating.) Does anybody have an idea of what is going on?
