Comcast on demand without comcast internet?

I am moving in a couple of weeks and will have Google Fiber for internet, but I am worried that the GF TV experience is not going to be what I am used to from TiVo. Comcast is the cable provider so I would have access to on demand. However, my question is, will Comcast on demand work if I have Comcast TV but an internet provider other that Comcast?
