Tivo failed to record AGAIN, Customer Support doesn't.

For the second time in three weeks, my season passes did not record earlier today with my TiVO reporting the reason as "Account Closed."

This despite the stats showing my Lifetime Subscription is fully in place and recognized by my TiVo.

When this happened two weeks ago, I contacted customer support and got the automated email promising a response with 24 hours.

I've heard nothing.

So do I need to throw my TiVO in the trash? Sell it on eBay?

If it can't do the one thing it was designed...
