How to transfer TiVo HBO movies to my Mac

How do I transfer copy protected HBO videos from my Roamio Pro to my MACOS.
I can transfer all my TiVo TV programs using cTiVo and ahve done it for years.

I have tired three programs to copy all files from TiVo to Mac and none see my TiVo or any of its shows:

EaseFab Video Converter
BroSoftVideoConverter

I entered my Media Access Key (which appears to be the same for all my TiVos) and the applications can each of the programs on my MAC but none could see my TiVo or...
