Tivo Roamio with Comcast: VOD freezes. Problem solved!

I have a Tivo Roamio plus and Comcast Xfinity service. After installing my Tivo, everything worked but I got the dreaded Video on Demand (VOD) freeze problem that so many other people complained about.
