Bolt and a Premier Series 4

Have a Premier Series 4 and a Bolt both work great, with one exception, the remotes. The Boggle is: The Premier Remote will also control the Bolt, and it is by infrared as I've covered the bolts sensor location on the face. The Bolt remote doesn't affect the premier. How do I get around that? Any suggestions, other than "tape" ? Thanks a whole bunch if you might have a clue to that boggle. Thanks.
