KMTTG Newbie Questions

Hello all, I've recently changed from using Archivo to KMTTG and would appreciate a little help.

1. In Archivo, there was a column that would indicate if the program had already been archived on the main screen where all the tivo recordings are listed. Is there a way in KMTTG to easily tell which recordings I've already downloaded/archived?

2. Is there a way to automatically delete the old bak, qsfix and mpg files after I've confirmed the mp4 file created is working? I'm not using...
