Mini always starts at Tivo Central

Just added a tivo mini to my setup (2 Roamios, 1 Premier, 1 S3). Every time I turn on the tv to which the mini is connected, it starts at Tivo Central. Is this normal behavior or is there a way to force it to start on live tv?
