Mini on ethernet to wireless bolt?

I am thinking of getting a Mini. It will be in my office where my modem/router is located.
So will be hooked up via Ethernet
But my Bolt is in livingroom hooking up via wireless.

Will this combination work? before I go the MoCa route?
