Netflix Streaming Quality Degrading

While I'm fairly sure my Tivo isn't the culprit, is anybody else seeing steaming quality degrading with Netflix via your Tivo? In just the last week, the stream will drop all the way down to 240 multiple times during a show, which looks like a really bad YouTube upload. One guess is that Netflix is signing up so many people that their servers aren't keeping up with capacity. All HD viewings on other apps (Amazon Prime, Youtube) via my Tivo aren't affected, so I know it's not my network.
