New Comcast subscriber Question?

I am currently a Comcast subscriber but may be moving next month.
I was planning to cancel my current service (Comcast Internet and TV and using single cable card for Tivo Roamio)

As part of the move I was going to get my wife to signup as a new subscriber to get us a promo deal which is cheaper than our current plan. I end up paying the installation fee of $59.99 but otherwise it should save me that in 2 months easy.

Now...

All the online deals basically include X1 and there is no WAY to...
