Problems transferring recordings after HD replacement

I recently installed a WD Red 3TB into a Roamio that previously had a 500gb internal drive and 1 TB external drive (both are now detached). I first used Tivo Desktop to transfer approximately 200 recordings to a PC, and began transferring the recordings back using the Roamio with the new hard drive.
