Remove My Suggestions from My Shows

Setting up a new box and I've disabled "Record Tivo Suggestions", but the heading: Tivo Suggestions still appears in My Shows. I would have thought the ability to disable that item would have been in the Add/Manage Video Apps settings, but it's not. Is it possible to remove it?
