Romia OTA / Mini: How to set up MoCA?

I just purchased a TiVo Roamio OTA and a TiVo Mini. I am confused about how to set up the Mini.

I have an antenna signal running to the all the coax connections where the TVs are connected.

My main TV has the Roamio OTA and is by my router. It has an ethernet connection at it.

My 2nd TV is where I was going to put the Mini. No ethernet connection there.

I believe I need to set up a MoCA. But I am confused. Do I need a TiVo Bridge? Do I need 2 Tivo Bridges?
