Since Rovi update Roamio Plus reboots when connected to the internet

I have had an issue with my Roamio plus rebooting ever since the Rovi upgrade. This only happens while it is connected to the Internet. While it is connected it reboots every 5 mins. or so. This happens whether it is connected with Ethernet, Moca or wireless. As soon as I disconnect it I am able to watch recorded shows as well as live tv. I know the standard answer to this is it's a harddrive issue or power supply issue. I don't buy that answer as it works fine as long as it's not connected....
