Stuttering since Bolt Hard Drive Update

I recently updated the hard drive on my Bolt to the MQ03ABB300 . After doing it I had to reset my cable card. Since the upgrade on CW shows I've had persistent audio/video stuttering (maybe for 30 seconds every five to ten minutes) while watching recorded shows . Signal strength is 93 for the CW.
