Swapped HDD, missing a few features

Hi, I'm new to the TIVO world as of last week. I got a stock TCD846500 and use it with charter/spectrum in Fort Worth, Tx. I have a few HDDs laying around so I decided to try a swap with a 2tb Hitachi. Everything set up fine, and I called the cable company and they paired the new HDD to the card and my premium channels worked. Two things I noticed though, the stations don't have the logos next to them, and my channel guide only goes for 24 hours. I got the same result when I tried a 1tb...
