Tivo Bolt / Plex Issue

I'm having a new issue watching movies from the Plex app on my TIVO Bolt. When starting a movie that is stored on my NAS, after about 30 seconds, the player control bar (play, pause stop, etc) shows up at the bottom of the screen and a rectangular box with three dots appears in the middle of the screen and won't go away.
