Tuner Adapter not showing

I have Charter Spectrum with a Tuner Adapter and suddenly I have lost my digitally switched channels. Everything is still connected with the Coax and USB from the T/A to the Bolt. The T/A in the Tivo menus is saying not connected. Any advice or others experience this? I figured I would start here before calling Tivo or Charter.

Tuner Adapter not showing
