offshore phone support

it's been about six months since I needed to call Tivo support for anything. When did they go offshore with phone support? I usually ended up in Colorado I think. Is that all over? Is this the beginning of 'Welcome to Dell'?

MOCA problem with multiple source cable lines

I am having a problem setting up a MOCA network. I have installed a TiVo bridge as required by my router. I am trying to connect a Bolt, a Mini and and a Premier Elite via the MOCA. I have 3 cable drops from the utility pole entering the house and am not sure which cable outlets throughout the house run to each of the 3 cable lines that run in to the house. Do I need to make sure that the outlets to which the 3 TiVo are connected are all connected to the same root cable line.? Or will they...

Have a Premiere 4 and Bolt 500 and 7 Minis. Initially tried to use moca network but minis kept losing DVR connection. Changed the Premiere to ethernet as a test and thought that would solve DVR problems. Worked for 2 days! One of the 3 minis attached to premiere got this msg 1184. Checked DVR connection and saw 1183. Did a Help/Repeat Guided setup and got this 1185. At this point unplugged and after reboot all dvrs were available again. My OTA antenna source is currently amplified +45dB mV as it's intended to feed multiple TVs, whereas for right now I'm just testing with a feed to a single TV (via a Tivo Bolt). The amplifier documentation says connecting to just one TV at +45dB mV will work fine without risking any damage to the TV. However I was wondering if the same is true of the Bolt? Can I feed this to the Bolt RF input as is, or will I overload it? If this is too high for the Bolt, what is a safe level of...

Wanted to order a Bolt with the "second chance transfer offer". As usual website didn't work, would not accept my series 2 TSN as promo code. I called, gave the overseas rep my info. There are apps on it that connect to internet sites like You Tube, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Why can't I connect to google?

Wanted to get a thread going on support of the premiere of Law & Order: CI this Sunday at 9pm (on USA). Cannot wait to see Jeff Goldblum in action, though I am really anxious to see what's become of Goren in the time off.
