Wanted to order a Bolt with the "second chance transfer offer". As usual website didn't work, would not accept my series 2 TSN as promo code. I called, gave the overseas rep my info. She tried, says she got an error also and would escalate and call me back within a couple days. This morning I have an email saying my Tivo order had shipped. NO ORDER WAS PLACED BY ME. I looked, order is placed but by some other person on their credit card and going to their address!!! Sh*t, Tivo does not open...
