Given who he had to choose from Art made the right choice for his emergency replacement, but somehow I doubt Rachel will get a permanent promotion.
Prediction for the end of the show: It will end as it began with Raylan giving the bad guy (Darrel Jr this time) 24 hours to get out of town, the bad guy not taking Raylan seriously, and paying the price for doing so. Boyd, Ava, Wendy and Kendall end up as tragic figures.
