Premiere + CableCard Question from a Reverse Cord Cutter

I've lived with a cut (TV and phone) cord for just over two years now and we haven't missed much! We are in the midst of building a new home, but sold our current home much more quickly than we anticipated and so we'll be enjoying apartment living for the next five or six months.

I was planning to just get one of those cheap indoor antennas to see what kind of signal I could get, but the Comcast rep was able to get me 12 months on a no-contract Triple Play package for somehow less than I'm paying now for only internet and phone (the phone is a requirement for my home office, otherwise I wouldn't even have that as we use Ooma for our home phone) so I'm going to go with that for the short-term. I figure I'll be able to actually watch Game of Thrones with the rest of the world instead of waiting for the iTunes release so there's another bonus! When we eventually move into our new home I plan to re-cut the cord, but for now I'll be a reverse cord cutter (cord splicer?).

Comcast rep tried to tell me about their X1 DVR deal, but I told him I have two TiVos with Lifetime that my wife and kids already know how to operate so just hook me up with a couple of M-Cards and I'll self-install.

So here's my question... I have two Premieres hooked up to my OTA antenna and we obviously have a bunch of programming recorded. When I move the TiVos into the apartment and install the Cards, will I have to re-run Guided Setup and completely lose everything I've recorded, or is there a way to just change the guide data? I've updated the guide data before but that was without swapping from OTA to Cable.
