Series 1: Failed while loading series

I have experienced the “Failed while loading series” problem in my Philips HDR31212 Series 1 TiVo during the past 12 or so weeks, and no successful program updates were done during that period. This failure occurs during the "Importing" phase, after the Download phase completes with no error. My hard drive was tested and reformatted by weakness.com a month ago. I have been trying to complete the Setup call during the past few weeks, and it has never finished. It fails at the 13% point of loading series data. (To be clear on this, I have had the "failed while loading series" problem both before and after the hard drive was reformatted and reloaded.)



The Test Call completes with "Test Successful!" whenever I run it.



Please remedy this problem, TiVo.
