To Do List / Upcoming Episodes / Search by title

Ok so this post is a bit of a mish mash but I think it is all related. I have another post going where i was told that because I have a great tv signal, it has wrecked my tivo tuners on two seperate machines on exactly the same day. I was told this by Tivo Australia support and quite frankly I don't believe them. All my settings are fine and the last update was today at 5.15pm. SO my new question is this:



If I go to "Search by title" and search Dr Phil for example, It won't show the program. If I search by channel I find an episode tomorrow so I do a season pass - all episodes first runs and repeats - until I delete. Then I hit ok. Cool I think. I go to the "To Do" list or "Season Pass Manager" and check for upcoming episodes. It says none. I go to the live tv program guide and I can see an episode each day for the next two weeks. I just don't get it. Is there a problem with the tv guide thats been downloaded and as a result its stuffing up the season passes or as per my other post are the tuners wrecked and can't record anything as Tivo Australia suggest. I am looking for help on here because Tivo in the US continues to be a powerhouse while here in Australia, Tivo is dead and you can't even buy parts or get real support. Please can someone help me!
