I posted something similar in the Tivo Premiere forum in the summer release thread as I originally thought it had something to do with that but since that doesn't seem to be the case, I thought this would be a more appropriate area for my issue.
My Tivo Premiere rebooted today for some reason and keeps coming up with the "External Storage Missing" screen. I have rebooted both my external drive and my Tivo multiple times and even followed the Tivo support reps' ridiculous suggestion of reversing the eSATA cable. I also swapped out the cable for another one I had around. I just get the same screen every time and I am starting to worry that all my recordings are going to be lost.
I don't have an eSATA port on my computer so I can't even test the drive itself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
