Remote Control Apps for Android

I recently upgraded my old phone to an HTC One M8. It has an IR blaster built in. I know some of the Samsungs also have an IR blaster. Has anyone found any IR remote control apps they like? I've started to look at them, but there are so many out there I thought I'd ask for other people's opinions.
