TIVO purchase fail

I just tried to buy new Romaio TIVO equipment via the website. On the last page it told me there was an error because I had not chosen a shipping preference. But there was no preference available because shipping is free. So the order failed......

And of course customer service is not available after 11:00pm.

The "offer" I was applying ends July 8th.
