Popup message "Tivo is going to change channel on other tuner"

I've got a Premiere 4, and I noticed recently that messages are popping up on the screen saying something along the lines of "Tivo is going to change channel on other tuner to record something". It isnt doing anything to the current tuner, and if the message is ignored, Tivo goes ahead and does it anyway.

Do you think something changed in a recent software update?
