TiVo one pass issue - HELP PLS

Hello ,

I have been having this issue that strayed on Aug19 and my cable provider can not fix it.

I have a number of recording set up via one pass . All of a sudden the time comes to record these shows it shows the folder and that they are recording. Time has ended the shows are gone. I check in history and it has an x and says not authorized. I can view this channel but it won't one pass record. If the show starts it used to allows to record manually not that is hit or miss .

What is wrong and how can I fix this ?? I have stuff saved on the thing and do t want to lose that either as my daughter is autistic and those shows calm he at times.
