The hard drive in my Premiere XL crashed, so I took an identical 1TB drive from another identical TCD748000. I re-ran setup, downloaded new programming lineup and everything seemed fine, until I hit the record button. It appeared to start recording but the red light never comes on and it doesn't record no matter what I try. When I look in settings it shows the correct available recording hours. I re-ran setup again an still won't record. I opened up a TiVo incident with support but they won't talk to me because I broke the warranty by opening up the box. That was frustrating since I've spent thousands of dollars on TiVo boxes over the years. Can anyone help me? Has anyone seen this problem before? Thanks...
