TiVo does not use proxy, assumes direct connection to the internet.

I do not know how feasible it is to always assume any device installed on any local network will have unrestricted internet access. Even when a proxy server is advertised via DHCP and wpad, Roamio does not use it.

There should be a way to clamp on internet access from this device and force it to use a proxy.
