Tivo skips screens when in Guide mode

This is very frustrating, when I am in the guide mode when I scroll down or up using the arrows buttons it will jump one or two channels and when I scroll using the channel buttons it will jump two screens!!! This is very frustrating. Has anyone else that this problem and if so any help??
