Tuner/Antenna problems w/Premier 2

I recently cut the cable (COMCAST) and installed a very good antenna in my attic. I carefully aimed the antenna with the directional app on my cellphone.

The reception is great (over 40 channels here in Atlanta) except for one set of channels: 32.1- 32.15

My TVs (3) all receive the channels very well.

What's interesting is that for over 3 weeks, the channels in question were received. Now with the last software upgrade, the reception is stalled, pixelated and almost no sound.

TIVO (I called them) tell me to keep rebooting - that should fix the problem. I spent one evening rebooting 5 times with no luck.

Questions:
1 - does the O/S control the quality or sensitivity of the tuner?
2 - anyone have any suggestions?
