I have used TiVo Desktop 2.8.3 to move a couple of shows to my PC. When I try to play them through tivo desktop, windows media player opens but all I get is the sound no video. These are all OTA recorded show. Any ideas why I don't get video. My Tivo box is the Roamio OTA model.
