Backorder

The Bolts have been on backorder for a few weeks now... I've been looking to replace a failing Premiere device but can't get one to replace it. I can probably buy one in the retail channel but Tivo won't transfer the balance of my Annual Subscription to the new device unless I purchase from them.

Anyone know why they are out of stock? Are they being replaced?
