Bolt killing HDMI Port?

I have had a Bolt for 1.5 years now and have been experiencing a very strange problem. I connected it to the TV and everything was working great. All of the sudden, the HDMI port where the Tivo was connected died. Well, I did not think anything of it because it was an older TV and I was already thinking about buying a new one, so I did. Few months later, the New TV had the same problem where the Tivo connected HDMI port stopped working. Just says "no signal". I have several other things...
