Bolt: MultiStream CableCard only showing 1 channel (not 4)

I took my moto multi-stream cablecard from my tivo series 3 HD and put it in my new bold.

When I pressed Live TV it doesn't cycle between 4 channels.

I have a tivo bolt in the other room and I did the same thing and it worked fine (showed all 4 channels).

Any ideas?

I didn't have to call Comcast for the other TIVO upgrade.
