Bolt startup questions

Gang -

My Bolt has shipped so I am getting ready. Here are a couple of questions to help me transition from my TiVo HD to Bolt. One of the threads I looked at (regarding transferring content from one to the other had >10,000 posts! Reading 1/min 24/7 would take almost a week so even though my question can probably be found there I'm asking it here.)

• can I just take the CableCard out of my old TiVo HD and put it in my Bolt or do I have to go through my provider's customer service...
