Both Tuning Adaptors Not Functioning This AM

Went to bed last night all was well. I woke up to both Motorola tuning adaptors blinking yellow (amber). Called Cox , the guy said all was well; he sent a hit and that was that. All my non-ta channels are fine.Internet is fine. Is this a truck roll or maybe a different support rep? TA is an mtr700. I have a 500gb Bolt and a 500 gb Premiere.
