Cablevision to Fios

Lontime TiVo user. Fios was recently installed in my area and thinking of switching from Cablevision. I have two 6-tuner Roamio boxes that I've been using multi-stream cards for.

Questions for the Fios users out there:
1) Any expected differences/problems with installation or performance of Fios's cable cards? Relatively easy to activate or huge pain?
2) Can I use existing coax wiring throughout the house to reach the TiVos?
3) What do they charge for the cards and do I still have to...
