Can you stream from 1 Tivo to another Tivo in the same house local network?

If you have a 4 tuner TIVO Roamio and a Tivo Roamio plus, could you use the Roamio plus without a cable card as basically a TIVO mini and stream from the regular roamio with the cable card?
